Mission Statement:

CHANGE.  In order to change there must be CONSISTENCY, we must be COURAGEOUS in order to be fully COMMITTED to CARE for our vessels properly we need to be CAUTIOUS of what we put in our bodies and before we know it, we will be CONFIDENT in our new ways.  However we realize it takes enormous amounts of COOPERATION to truly succeed.

Hello there, I’m Tracie, the 43 year old mom to Miss Abbie and I happen to love capturing moments of time with my new Canon 70D and my iphone but what I love even more than that is spending time with my littlest and only girl Abbie.  I have been thinking long and hard as I seem to grow just ever so slightly wiser with each year I gain, that I am Abbie’s biggest and closest example of what a woman is all about or at least this is what I want to be for Abbie, her best example.  Which means I need to stop with negative self-talk, I need to take better care of my body, which means eating with intention and moving more.  I want to make this fun for us, so jump roping, hula hooping, hop scotch, roller skating and things like that will be on my list of things to do this year with her.  Not just watching her and taking pictures of her doing what she does but doing these things with her, at her side. And come to think of it, she is sort of teaching me, she is showing me how to keep my childhood spirit and how living in the moment is a bucket of fun.  I realize as I type this, we are good for each other.

Abbie girl my youngest and only girl loves the color pink and all things sparkly!  She has a sweet spirit and loves to sing, singing in the shower, singing while she does her homework, singing in the car, get the picture!  She sings!  She also dances and cheer is her new favorite thing to participate in.  She love God with her whole entire heart, no holding back and believes in miracles the big ones and the everyday small ones that may include finding a heart to share with her mom inside her Slurpee drink!  “Look mom, a heart!”  We are heart seekers together really, and get crazy dramatic when we find one.  She makes me feel good when I’m having a rough day and her smile brings joy to my heart.  I’m very blessed to have been gifted a daughter.  While I adore my boys I have a special kinship with my girl, we get each other and it always feels good to be understood.
